convenient locationshort walkperfect atmosphere
the location was wonderful. a short walk to chancery lane station was supremely convenient for exploring. covent garden, with its vibrant pubs and restaurants, was also easily accessible. the apartment's quiet setting, tucked away from the main street, made it a perfect escape.
The pillows were not ideal. They lacked good support.

the apartment was super clean! it really had everything we needed for my stay. getting in was super easy too and the location, wow, it is just fantastic! i'd totally book it again.
the check-in instructions weren't complete, that was a bit of a hassle. i had to wait outside for a bit until customer services responded. i asked for some recompense but they declined :(. the actual apartment was very nice though.

I stayed in the Penthouse Apartment and found it very spacious. The apartment had a modern kitchen, a generous refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Each bedroom and the lounge has dedicated air conditioning.
The check-in instructions were not complete. The entrance code was wrong, missing the character. I had to contact customer service to get the correct code.
